AIHREA is working on developing a culturally appropriate weight loss program. This program involves in-person classes and individual phone calls. Activities are focused on diet, exercise, and stress management. We are working on expanding this project in the near future, as it is a great need for our communities. We currently provide education to community members about obesity and diabetes.
